Julie Leek was born in the city of Nottingham, UK in 1954. Raised by her Grandmother after her parents divorced when she was 5 years of age, Julie later learned that she had two younger sisters -Jill who was adopted at birth and a half sister Denise who was fostered from under two years of age. The three sisters finally met as adults. Julie has been married to her husband Stephen for over 50 years. They have a daughter, Emma.
